'Restaurant domæne' retains its Michelin star. This was confirmed on Monday evening when the famous French dining guide held this year's awards for the Nordic countries in Helsinki.
Last year, 'Restaurant domæne' received their first Michelin star - just a year after opening. A year later, they retain the star. Head Chef Jens Vincent: "It was a dream to get the first Michelin star, but retaining the star just shows the seriousness and diligence behind the restaurant. Many things have fallen into place in a relatively short time. Together, we have created a restaurant that reviewers and guides have acknowledged."
"After we got the first star, we experienced a boost in the number of guests," reports Restaurant Manager Joakim Thomassen, who serves both local guests and foodies from across the country. "We can feel that we are hitting the mark in both the kitchen and service, as happy guests leave our restaurant and often return."
