InSinkErator is an American manufacturer of food waste disposers and steaming hot water taps. The disposer for installation in the kitchen sink was invented in 1927 by the architect John W. Hammes who invented it for his wife.

Over a period of 10 years, he refined his invention and started the original company, The In-Sink-Erator Manufacturing Company which today is known as InSinkErator.

InSinkErator and Witt entered into cooperation in 2015, and the range includes food waste disposers and steaming hot water taps of the best quality and with all the necessary approvals.
