Witt Denmark A/S can now share a success story about how a BikeTrax GPS tracker from PowUnity helped a customer recover their stolen e-bike.
In connection with the purchase of a new electric bike, Lotte Winter chose to have a BikeTrax GPS tracker installed with a 12-month free subscription. After the subscription expired, she chose not to renew it. But when the bike was subsequently stolen, Lotte contacted the bike dealer in desperation and asked if there was a possibility to reactivate the tracker.

The subscription was then reactivated for free for 5 days, which turned out to be enough. Already the next day, there was activity on the tracker, and Lotte went to the address herself, after which she contacted the police. With the help of the police, Lotte got her electric bike back in good condition. She has since bought new locks and had it checked by the bike dealer.
"I am really grateful that the subscription was reopened and for the police's efforts so that I could get my bike back. It's really smart with such a GPS tracker, and I have now renewed my subscription," says Lotte Winter.
The bike was purchased at P.P. Cykler A/S, and director Lars Pedersen states: "We highly recommend integrating a GPS tracker into your electric bike with a center motor.
